西 悦子 / Etsuko NISHI
	1955〜 神奈川県/Kanagawa pref. ■固定概念に陥らず、柔らかく、繊細で暖かさのあるガラスを模索し続け、私が得た表現方法はパート・ド・ヴェールでした。 その面白さとは内側と外側のそれぞれの層の相反する傾きや形をどう調和させるかにあります。

経歴： 1986〜「個展」「招待展」、銀座松屋、西武、Heller、Habatat、Marx Saunders 　　　 　他各地 1997　英国政府海外留学生奨学金授与 1999　王立芸術大学院大学博士課程ガラス専攻、英国 2005〜大阪芸術大学非常勤講師 収蔵　　北海道立近代美術館、黄金崎ガラスミュージアム、コーニング美術館、 　　　　パリ装飾美術館等

activity： 1986〜"Solo Exhibitions",Ginza Matsuya, Heller Gallery, Habatat Gallery, Marx Saundoers Gallery, 　　　　etc. Invited to the exhibitions in Japan, Europe and USA. 1997　Graduated a Foreign exchange student scholarship from the government of UK and 　　　　studied in England. 1999　M-Phil（Master of Philosophy）program with a major in glass at the Royal College of Art, 　　　　 London. UK 2005〜 Parttime instractor at the Osaka University of Arts 　　　　　collections : The Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, Koganezaki Glass Museum, 　　　　　Corning Museum of Glass, 　　　　　Musee Des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, etc.
